Domaine Defialy
Defialy is Micah Hewitt’s winemaking venture based in the Macedon Ranges, started in 2020. Micah now farms two sites — one in Kyneton and another in Metcalfe. Initially neglected, these vineyards have been transformed under Micah’s stewardship, now sustainably managed with regenerative practices and a commitment to organic principles.
