Even Keel
Even Keel is Sam Coverdale’s exploration of regional character across Australia — a label-at-large focusing on varieties grown in the places they suit best. Built on long-standing relationships with dedicated growers, the label brings together small parcels from distinctive sites: Chardonnay from Tumbarumba, Pinot Noir from the Mornington Peninsula and Tasmania, and Sangiovese, Grenache and Shiraz from Heathcote. Each wine is made with a light hand, drawing on minimal-intervention techniques that let site and season shape the result — elegant, balanced and regionally expressive. Even Keel also laid the foundation for Polperro, Sam’s Mornington Peninsula estate label.
