Roborel De Climens
Aymeric Roborel de Climens, a former Bordeaux oenologist and winemaker with over 20 years of experience, crafts artisanal single malt whiskies that are 100% French from start to finish. Using his family distillery and exclusively local resources, Aymeric selects premium barrels — primarily Cognac, Merlot and Sauternes — for ageing, more recently experimenting with Banyuls barrels and amphora ageing in partnership with a Muscadet producer.
