Simon Gastrein
Emerging from a culinary background, Simon honed his palate in the vineyards under the guidance of his grandfather, a passionate wine enthusiast. After some exploratory travels, he returned to collaborate with his mentor, the esteemed producer André Perret, in Condrieu and Saint-Joseph. Since 2017, Simon has made St. Joseph his home, crafting expressive and delightful wines that reflect the region’s clayey, mineral terroir.
