Charlotte and Thomas Carsin bring complementary experience and a shared passion to their domaine in the Layon valley. Drawn initially by the great Chenin terroirs of Anjou, they have also found lasting inspiration in the region’s reds such as Cabernet Franc, Grolleau and Pineau d’Aunis, producing wines that are expressive and full of finesse. Innovation in the cellar, including the use of amphora for both white and red wines, adds further nuance to a style deeply rooted in place.
