Alexandre Burgaud’s five-hectare estate lies on the granite slopes of Lantignié, with additional parcels in the crus of Brouilly and Fleurie.

The Gamay grapes undergo whole-berry fermentation in concrete and are aged in cold cellars. The wines show lifted aromas of violets and red berries, with vibrant, juicy fruit on the palate.

A long, mineral finish reflects the blue granite soils of his vineyards, with some vines over 120 years old. The wines combine age-worthy structure with immediate youthful appeal.
