A small domaine that has been operating since 1696 in the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Gatinois produces Champagne from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown across just seven hectares of vineyards.
Louis Cheval took over the Récoltant-Manipulant domain in 2010, having been a geologist for many years prior. He brought an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Aÿ terroir, which fosters the exceptional quality and distinctive expression of this Champagne.
