An 8-hectare vineyard on clay-limestone soils in Ténarèze, farmed by hand, with eaux-de-vie matured in 420-litre casks made from oak trees surrounding the property.

Domaine d'Aurensan is a family Armagnac estate in Ténarèze, run by Caroline and Sophie Rozès, whose family has been estate-growing and producing Armagnac as Propriétaires Récoltants since the late 19th century. The 8-hectare vineyard is planted on clay-limestone soils and farmed organically, with all vineyard work carried out by hand.

The estate produces "triple zero" Armagnacs, made without added sugar, colouring or water. Grapes are harvested at full maturity for distillation, followed by natural vinification without added yeast or sulphur. The eaux-de-vie are matured slowly in 420-litre casks made from oak trees surrounding the property, before being bottled by hand without filtration.
