For five generations, the Vrignaud family has cultivated vines in Fontenay-près-Chablis, planting their first 1er Cru Fourchaume vineyards in 1955 and expanding to Fleys for Mont de Milieu in 1975. Committed to quality, they focus on meticulous vineyard work, respect for nature, and biodiversity.

Embracing organic farming as a means to reveal terroir, Guillaume Vrignaud led the estate's transition to organic certification and continues to craft wines that embody the purity and character of Chablis.
