Even Keel

Even Keel is Sam Coverdale's regional Australian label, established in 2006 as a way to work with varieties both within and beyond the Mornington Peninsula while exploring Australia's great wine regions through exceptional vineyard sites.

Built on long-standing relationships with dedicated growers, the range brings together small parcels from Tumbarumba, Heathcote, Canberra District, Tasmania and the Mornington Peninsula, each chosen for its suitability to variety and sense of place.

Produced with a restrained, minimal intervention approach, Even Keel laid the foundation for Sam's estate-grown Polperro project, while remaining an ongoing exploration of regional Australia through wine.
