Laura David

Founded in 2017 by Laura David, the domaine is based in Lussault-sur-Loire and spans 9 hectares in Montlouis-sur-Loire. The vineyards are planted on flinty sand and clay soils typical of the appellation, with Chenin Blanc as the sole variety.

Farming is carried out organically, with a focus on expressing the character of each site. Vinification takes place in a troglodyte cellar, where natural temperature and humidity allow for gentle fermentations with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, preserving clarity and precision in the wines.
