Aymeric Roborel de Climens, a former Bordeaux oenologist and winemaker with over 20 years of experience, crafts artisanal single malt whiskies made entirely in France.

Using locally sourced ingredients and carefully selected casks from the wine and spirits world, Aymeric matures each whisky in barrels including Cognac, Merlot and Sauternes, with further experiments using Banyuls casks and Muscadet amphorae to create distinctive expressions.
