Alexandre Burgaud
Alexandre Burgaud’s five-hectare estate lies on the granite slopes of Lantignié, with additional parcels in the crus of Brouilly and Fleurie. The Gamay grapes undergo whole-berry fermentation in concrete and are aged in cold cellars, giving lifted aromas of violets and red berries with vibrant, juicy fruit and a long, mineral finish reflecting the blue granite soils — some vines over 120 years old, combining age-worthy structure with immediate youthful appeal.
