Domaine Guillemot-Michel
Guillemot-Michel is a small family-run estate in the hamlet of Quintaine, between Viré and Clessé, at the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation. Pierrette and Marc converted the vineyards to organics, then pioneered biodynamic farming in the region from 1991. Since 2012, their daughter Sophie and husband Gautier have continued the legacy, tending 6 hectares of 60-year-old vines.
