Simon Faure
Simon Faure is a Burgundy winemaker who launched his own label in Vergisson in the Mâconnais. After a career as an electrician, he released his first wines from the 2023 vintage. Working with three hectares of vines, he tends the vineyards carefully throughout the year and lets fermentation occur naturally, allowing each wine to reveal the unique character of the site.
