Champagne Gatinois
A small domaine that has been operating since 1696 in the Vallée de la Marne, producing Champagne from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown across just seven hectares. Louis Cheval took over the Récoltant-Manipulant domaine in 2010, having been a geologist for many years prior — a background that brought an excellent understanding of the Aÿ terroir, fostering the exceptional quality of this fantastic expression of Champagne.
