Stéphane, once a sommelier in London and Paris and an engineer by training, now tends ancestral vineyards in Oger and Le Mesnil. Farming organically and biodynamically, he produces Champagnes named after the melodic modes of jazz — a nod to his other great passion, the saxophone — resulting in wines of real precision and character from the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
