Johanna Cécillon’s estate comprises 8 hectares of high-stem orchards in the towns of Sévignac and Trédias, plus 3 hectares of meadows, with 14 different varieties of apples — sweet, bitter and tangy. Careful parcel selection has revealed these forgotten Celtic terroirs, with one goal: to produce exceptional ciders, rare and full of finesse, using an ancestral method that results in expressive, vibrant drinks capturing the essence of the land.
