Domaine Vrignaud
For five generations, the Vrignaud family has cultivated vines in Fontenay-près-Chablis, planting their first 1er Cru Fourchaume vineyards in 1955 and expanding to Fleys for Mont de Milieu in 1975. Spanning 29 hectares of Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone, the estate is committed to meticulous vineyard work and biodiversity. Guillaume Vrignaud led the estate’s transition to organic certification, embracing organic farming as a means to reveal terroir and craft wines that embody the purity and character of Chablis.
