Laura David
Laura David brings a new energy to Montlouis-sur-Loire. With no family legacy in wine, she built her path through studies in Bordeaux, Montpellier and Chinon before taking on 7 hectares of old vines in 2017. Farming organically and biodynamically, she works out of a troglodyte cellar, favouring minimal oak to let Chenin’s clarity and texture shine. Her wines capture both the vitality of youth and the grounded depth of her vines — precise, vibrant, and full of character.
